Chabad of the University of Minnesota is excited to announce the opening of their new fast-casual eatery at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. Called Holy Guacamole, the restaurant is located at the Coffman Memorial Union and serves tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads.
More specifically, diners can choose a steak, chicken, fajita veggies or sofrito for their tacos/burritos/bowls/salads, topped with rice, beans, guac, non-dairy sour cream, and more.
This an exciting new development for an area with few kosher options, great for students and travelers alike. Please note that the restaurant is currently open for lunch only.
