Opening soon in Lincolnwood under the eye of culinary master Chef Juan Ramirez is Nuovo, a modern artisanal dairy restaurant. Chef Ramirez is known for his artisanal and bistro-style dishes, which were featured at his previous ventures in Sacramento and in Chicago.
Nuovo is located at 3750 W Devon Ave, Lincolnwood, Illinois. It will be kosher certified by the CRC.
