Toco Hills has said goodbye to the longtime restaurant, Broadway Cafe.
Scott Italiaanse, Julie Meni, and Rose Luria have taken over the lease and plan to reopen a brand new dairy restaurant.
The new owners hope to open the new restaurant later next month.
[UPDATE] The place formerly home to Broadway Cafe will now be known as Formaggio Mio, a kosher Italian bistro located in Toco Hills.
The dairy bistro will offer pizzas, pastas, and fish. Parve meat sauces will accompany pasta dishes, and gluten free pasta and pizzas will be available as well.
