Avalon Glatt is a relatively new kosher restaurant has opened in Livingston, NJ. The menu features Italian focused cuisine, with appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and entrees featuring chicken, lamb, beef, veal and fish.
Owners Chaim and Yana Shalmiyev wanted to make a family restaurant that was affordable for larger kosher keeping families and that would have something to please everyone.
The restaurant is under Glatt Kosher Supervision by the Vaad Harabonim of Metrowest.
They are open for Lunch and Dinner Sunday- Thursday from 11AM-9 PM and Fridays 10AM-4:30PM during daylight savings hours.
