Using Google’s ITA Matrix Software we’ve found cheap flights from HOU to TLV in January & February 2014 for $717 round trip including taxes on Delta Airlines.
See the images below for sample available dates. (We did this search based on a 10 night stay, so results may differ depending on the length of stay. The Delta flights at the cheapest price have stopovers in JFK or LGA in NYC.
