The long awaited arrival of the 5 Towns’ newest high end restaurant, DOMA Land + Sea, is set to open tomorrow, Tuesday Sept 12th for their soft opening, with the restaurant’s official opening next week. DOMA is owned and managed by the owners of the popular dairy restaurant, Cork & Slice, which is located next door.
DOMA seeks to bring to life modern American cuisine that celebrates all things land & sea, with an emphasis on various cuts of meats, as well as locally sourced fish that are all cooked on a wood fired grill.
