Seattle’s kosher scene is getting a major upgrade with the upcoming opening of Gilie’s, a brand-new Glatt Kosher meat restaurant set to open in Renton. Certified by the Vaad HaRabanim of Greater Seattle, this exciting addition is Chassidishe Shechita, Pat Yisrael, and under hashgacha temidit—making it a welcome destination for kosher diners in the Pacific Northwest.

Gilie’s will feature a Mediterranean-inspired menu with all the classics: shawarma, schnitzel, skewers, burgers, falafel, fries, and fresh salads. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a hearty meal, this spot aims to deliver flavorful, high-quality kosher cuisine.
