The first kosher Hibachi restaurant on Long Island is one of the newest upscale kosher dining experience to launch in the 5Towns in the last few months, but was many years in the making.
Hibana Hibachi, located in Lawrence, NY, combines Japanese hibachi cuisine with modern influences.
