A new kosher grill featuring Middle Eastern cuisine has now arrived in Brooklyn. Zoares is an Israeli restaurant with a Yemenite and Persian influence.
Many of their menu items are displayed in both Hebrew and English to offer a more welcoming environment to Israelis and Americans alike. Their menu features soups like Koobeh, Yemenite Meat and Meat Leg, and a variety of entrees in a pita, baguette, laffa or plate.
Entree items include Steak, schnitzel, chicken, kabobs, falafel and much more. Zoares also offers Shabbat takeout with a signature soup, a select choice of entrees, rice, salads and cholent.
The grill is kosher supervised by Kashrut Tartikov. All meat is Beit Yosef. They are located at 2486 Coney Island Ave in Brooklyn. Hours are Monday – Thursday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
