According to Elan Kornblum from Great Kosher Restaurant Foodies, Sushi Sakura & Ramen, a sushi restaurant based in Pikesville, MD officially ended operations as a kosher restaurant on May 31.
The restaurant will operate under new ownership and will not keep its previous kosher supervision. Reasons for the change were undisclosed, but former owner Josh Volosov encouraged all questions to be directed to elitesushillc@gmail.com.
