A new shop offering soft and airy cage-free eggs in a brioche bun recently opened in Tel Aviv, offering sandwiches for any time of day.
Egz offers six sandwiches, with the option to add a drink and hash browns for an extra 20 shekels.
Sandwiches include options such as the Classic, which is eggs, caramelized onions, chives, melted cheddar cheese and spicy mayonnaise, in addition to the On the Morning, containing eggs, sour cucumber cream, fresh tomato, chives, lettuce and caramelized onion. For a non-egg option, guests can order the Dream Dream, which is crispy halloumi, pickle, cucumber, lettuce, fresh tomato, caramelized onion, and spicy mayonnaise.
Egz is located in Azrieli Mall on the first floor at Derech Menachem Begin. It’s open from Sunday – Thursday between 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
