Mila, a cafe bistro located in the city center of Savyon, Israel (outside of Petach Tikvah and Tel Aviv, near Lod), announced its opening, offering an all-day menu with breathtaking design, exquisite cuisine and personal service. The restaurant offers an innovative and seasonal menu to go with a trendy bar.
Chef Jonathan Sharvit provides Mila with a variety of dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients like raw fish and handmade pasta. Breakfast menu items include a Charred Vegetable Shakshuka which includes eggs with Maggie tomatoes, shakshuka pepper, onions, spicy garlic, eggplant, parsley and feta cheese, along with an Omelet Ciabatta, which is an Italian ciabatta, cream cheese, lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
From the raw and pasta menu, visitors have a variety of choices such as the Gili Corn Lasagna, which is classic bechamel, fresh corn, sage parmesan and seasoned roasted corn or the Sea Bass Carpaccio with roasted tomatoes, green pepper, yellow tomato gazpacho, basil oil and bred tuile. For cooked items, Mila offers either a sea bass or trout fillet, in addition to a sea bass kabob.
