Barbis, a beloved Australian & American diner in Eilat known for its hearty burgers, sausages, wings, and house-made sauces, has transitioned to kosher dining after two decades of operating as a non-kosher establishment. This change allows Barbis to welcome a broader clientele, serving its fresh, daily-made offerings under the certification of the Rabbanut Eilat.
Barbis prides itself on its in-house preparation, ensuring that everything from the burgers to the sausages and wings is not only made on-site but also served fresh every day. For those who prefer to bring the flavors of Barbis into their own kitchens, the diner features a deli counter where customers can purchase meats to cook at home.
The restaurant offers a 1+1 deal on all meals for birthdays and anniversaries, doubling the joy for celebrants. Additionally, Eilat residents benefit from a 10% discount on every new purchase, along with a 5% accumulation of points exclusively for locals. These perks are part of Barbis’s commitment to serving and giving back to the Eilat community.
