The historic Ticho House in Jerusalem welcomes a new dairy chef restaurant from the 1868 group (a group of restaurants with the same owner and chef, including 1868, Zuta, and JLM Sushi), ESER. Located in the spot that was previously the restaurant Anna, the ambiance remains similar but the menu is quite different. Fresh fish selections and a well-established list of cocktails make up the bulk of the menu, with flavors from around the world to interest a wide variety of clientele. Their fish dishes are creative and elegantly presented, such as the white fish ceviche with pickled fennel, horseradish, and garlic cream or the cold smoked salmon with avocado and apple salsa, sour cream, and grain crackers. The menu also includes pastas, salsas, and unique vegetable dishes.
ESER is having a soft opening this January and looks forward to hosting Jerusalem’s many residents and visitors! Visit this one of a kind restaurant at:
10 Harav Agan St, Jerusalem
Open: Sun-Thurs 5pm-11pm
