The Bahamas
The relatively recent opening of the Cinko Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was a game changer for the kosher scene, as it marked the first kosher dining option in the Caribbean. The Asian-Latin fusion restaurant is open both during the week and on Shabbat, offering easy kosher food without leaving the resort. Shortly after the opening of Cinko, a kosher dairy food truck called Knosh launched on the hotel premises as well. Also available is Cafe Madeline, an eatery offering kosher, pas Yisroel bagels, grab-n-go meals, and kosher snacks.
