I was recently reminded about the previous Glatt kosher Indian restaurants that we used to have both in New York and elsewhere. While we’ve lost a number of kosher Indian restaurants over the years – a number still remain, under various kashrut varieties, with only one meat, Glatt kosher Indian restaurant remaining in North America.
