While St. Lucia has long been a beautiful vacation destination, it has not been known for its kosher food options. However, that has all changed with the establishment of Island Kosher, a hotel food delivery service by the local Chabad of St. Lucia.
Delivering to over a dozen hotels, Island Kosher offers an abundance of meal options, prepared fresh daily. Dishes include tuna and egg bagel sandwiches, grilled salmon salad, schnitzel, chow mein, soup, desserts, challah, wine and more.
Orders must be placed 5 days in advance, and there is a $100 order minimum. Meals can be double wrapped upon request. All purchases must be made via IslandKosher.com
