Keeping kosher is already a difficult task when going out dining, especially outside of major cities like NYC. For Celiacs and those with gluten sensitivities, it becomes a nearly impossible game of trying to find a kosher restaurant that can meet their exceedingly restrictive needs.

Thankfully, kosher restaurants today are attempting to meet those Gluten Free needs and we’re here to make the lives easier for those who need it.

For this list we attempted to confirm with the restaurant by phone, email, or via their website. It is possible that restaurants listed here may have may changes since publication, so please confirm with the restaurant directly if your gluten sensitivity is severe. The kosher Gluten Free restaurant list is listed geographically by state/province. Please use the comments below to provide updates to this list which will be made regularly.

• 100% Gluten Free – the entirety of the kosher restaurant is gluten free
• Gluten Free menu – a separate Gluten Free menu is available, potentially with separate cooking utensils to prevent cross contamination (please confirm with restaurant)
• Gluten Free options available – specific items that claim to be Gluten Free, less likely that they are made with separate utensils (please confirm with restaurant)
