The owner of the popular Basil Pizza and Wine Bar in Crown Heights is set to open up another restaurant called “Meat” in the coming fall. Meat will be only 5 blocks away from Basil, and judging by Basil’s success, there will be high expectations for Meat.
Construction has already begun on what is set to be a “casual yet refined” restaurant. The food will be Southern comfort style food, and there will be the ever-trend,y smoked BBQ menu as well.
