Veg.Edible, a gluten-free, vegan and nut-free take-out restaurant officially gained Kashrut under Rabbi Mordechai Geiger and Rav Tal. It provides a quick and casual environment with orders typically completed in under 20 minutes.
The menu features a smash burger, which is a beyond burger with onions on a grilled gluten-free bun with lettuce, tomato, pickle and house cut fries. It also has other variations of its burget such as the Smoked Mushroom Provolone Burger and the Matty Melt.

Veg.Edible offers a BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich and Chick’n Bac’n Ranch Sandwich plus three salads.
Veg.Edible is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4 – 9 p.m., Friday until 10 p.m. Saturday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
