House of Sugo is an artisanal pizza and pasta restaurant that will be having its grand opening tomorrow in Lakewood. The dairy restaurant is conveniently opening just in time for the 9 days which begin on Thursday night (click here for restaurants with special 9 days menus).
The menu at House of Sugo is upscale and features a mix of traditional and innovative dishes. Fish dishes include the red snapper farro and everything crusted salmon, while the pasta menu offers options like truffle mushroom ravioli and scampi primavera. Moving over to the pizza section, you’ll find personal Sicilian pies topped with foods like vodka sauce or even Caesar salad. House of Sugo’s specialty pies are available in personal and large sizes, and feature options like margherita and The Spicy (buffalo bites, garlic, blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce).
House of Sugo is located at 2360 Lakewood Rd, Toms River, NJ. It is kosher certified by Chelkas Hakashrus Zichron Yaakov (Rabbi Gissinger) Rav Hamachshir Rabbi Neustat.
House of Sugo is open Sunday to Wednesday 12pm-9pm, Thursday 12pm-10pm. In the winter it is open from 1 hour after Shabbos until 12am.
