Hollywood, Florida has added another restaurant to its kosher scene. After months of waiting, the Hummus Factory has finally opened, serving fresh, organic, and vegetarian meals.
Their specialty is the delicious, unique, and specially made hummus. Hummus can be paired with boiled eggs, chickpeas, stir-fried veggies, falafel, and more. Shakshuka, salads, and falafel pitas are also on the menu. If you are the dipping type, there are nacho chips, raw vegetable sticks, pita chips, and pita bread to pair with your hummus.
Take out containers for hummus and tahini are available for customers who want to enjoy their dips at home.
They are opened from 10am-6pm Sundays-Thursdays and 10am-3pm on Fridays.
The Hummus Factory is under the supervision of the ORB and is located within Koosh Plaza.
