Jerusalem has welcomed a new addition to its street food scene with the opening of Brutus, a fried chicken food truck by Chef Avi Sinclair, who also owns the pizzeria La Piedra.
The menu, as featured on their Wolt page, showcases a variety of fried chicken options including chicken sandwiches, individual fried chicken pieces, and sticky wings. Additionally, they offer a pulled beef sandwich with caramelized onions and coleslaw. Side dishes include cole slaw, potato wedges, and mashed potatoes. The food truck also features periodic combo specials that pair one of their mains with a drink, with beverage options consisting of various sodas and water.
Located at המרפא 7 ירושלים, Brutus operates Sunday to Thursday from 11AM – 10PM.
Brutus is certified Kosher under Badatz Yoreh Deah Mahfoud.
