Located in Miami’s Buena Vista neighborhood is a new (as of this summer) upscale French restaurant, Ostrow Brasserie. The first of its kind in Miami, the interior will transport you straight to a Parisian bistro through thoughtful art and design choices.
Ostrow Brasserie is the brainchild of Chef Olivia Ostrow. Born and raised in France, Ostrow trained both in her native country and across the world, first learning about kosher cooking in Israel. She’s been featured on ABC, NBC, and Fox News, and was previously the Food and Beverage Director at the Savoy Hotel in South Beach.
The meat menu features French favorites, including Wagyu Steak Tartare with quail egg, Smoked Trout Caesar Salad, and Beef Bourguignon. Once the meal concludes diners have their choice of French desserts: creme brulee, and caramelized French apple tart, among others. The restaurant also features an extensive wine menu, which includes reds, whites, rosé and champagne.
For private parties, the restaurant also features a private dining room that can seat a large group. (See image below)
