DAY 3: TUESDAY
Wake up and head over to Cafe Du Monde (yes, it’s kosher!), to try some of their famous beignets for breakfast.
For your first activity of the day, take a boat ride on the Louisiana swampland, where you might just see alligators and other wildlife. Afterward, drive to the Oak Alley Plantation and visit the different exhibits. Enjoy a packed lunch from Kosher Cajun while on the plantation. Return to Kosher Cajun or check out Rimon at Tulane University Hillel to pick up takeout for the next leg of your travels (2 meals). (Rimon is one of the best kosher restaurants on any campus we’ve tried).
Drive east towards Pensacola, stopping in Biloxi, Mississippi at the halfway mark. Cheer on the Biloxi Shuckers at a minor league baseball game, and then continue driving for a late-night arrival in Pensacola.
