One of the most anticipated kosher restaurant openings in a long time, due to its unique location and facility, kosher diners have merely a few weeks to wait until Bison & Bourbon opens its doors to the public on June 1st.

Will they serve bison? It’s only been available in Chicago in my experience (Bugsy’s in the 1990s had amazing bison ribs, and Ken’s Diner more recently had bison burgers), plus at Abigael’s in Manhattan years ago.
