Grand Opening for Prime Service Station Tomorrow in NYC + MENU Revealed

prime-Service-Station-UES-nyc-pizza-ovenWe announced last week the opening of a new, beautiful kosher dairy spot on the UES of Manhattan, near the Queensboro Bridge and next to Prime @ the Bentley: Prime Service Station.

With the opening of the restaurant tomorrow, the menu was first shared with YeahThatsKosher and it looks like there’s something for everyone. We’ve pulled out a few interesting items from the menu here, the link to the full menu is below.


  • Smoky Arancini, crispy rice balls with smoked mozzarella, sundried tomato pesto $13
  • SSK Cheese Platter, cheesemonger’s daily pick of our crafted, handmade cheeses $16
  • Lemon Pepper Tuna Carpaccio, crusted sashimi tuna, citrus salt, lemon, arugula $17
  • Flash Fried Cauliflower, kalamata olives, herbs, saffron lebon, pine nuts $15


  • Kale and Quinoa Salad, almonds, raisins, avocado, red bell pepper $14
  • Arugula Pear Salad, wild arugula, pears, hazelnuts, gorgonzola, balsamic glaze $14 

Neapolitan Pizza:

  • Sun Gold, with burrata, yellow tomato confit, basil infused olive oil $21
  • Wild Mushroom, mozzarella, rosemary, parmigiano reggiano, truffle drizzle $23
  • Jalapeno, homemade mozzarella, ricotta, jalapeno, cherry tomatoes, spicy honey $21

  • Fried Montanara, homemade mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil atop fried pizza dough $16
  • Pizza Parmigiana, homemade mozzarella, tomato sauce, eggplant, basil $18

Pasta and Fish:

  • Spaghetti Carbonara, egg yolks, cream, parmesan cheese, $24 (add smoked salmon $4)
  • Rigatoni al Pesto e Funghi, wild mushroom, basil, garlic, toasted walnuts, parmesan $23
  • Apple wood roasted Tuna steak, cippollini onions, garlic, eggplant $28

Small plates:

  • Black Truffle Mac and Jack, black truffle kissed creamy macaroni with Jack cheese $11
  • Fish and chips, crisp battered sea bass with fries, tartar sauce $16
  • Cherry wood roasted Broccoli Rabe, with garlic, peppers, parmesan cheese $10
