The Monsey/Spring Valley area is no stranger to kosher pizza options, but a new name is about to enter the mix: Bravo Kosher Pizza, the well-regarded dairy pizzeria best known for its Midtown Manhattan location, is in the process of opening a branch in Spring Valley. Construction is underway, and based on what we’re hearing, the opening is still a few months out.

A Manhattan Name Heads to Rockland County

Bravo has built a loyal following in New York City over the years, particularly among the lunchtime crowd in the Garment District and with tourists staying near Midtown. The menu leans into classic New York-style pizza done well: thin crust pies, Sicilian, Grandma pizza, fresh mozzarella options, baked ziti pizza, and a range of pastas. If the Spring Valley location follows the same menu direction, Rockland County kosher diners will have access to a style of pizza that has a real NYC pedigree behind it.

Bravo’s NYC menu includes a solid lineup of pizza styles beyond the standard cheese slice.
