  • Groceries
    • Basic dry goods are available in local supermarkets.
    • Bartenura Moscato is available at Cavi and Vino (Welches) and Bryden Stokes (Barbaree Hills location).
    • Info on buying kosher fresh fish.
    • A meat permit is required to bring meat products to the island. More info here.
    • Blood spots are commonly found in eggs. Careful checking is recommended.
