The relatively new Salt Steakhouse in Long Branch, NJ, that opened in Summer 2021 in Pier Village, is already turning heads with its steak offerings, new wine library, and beautiful interior design.
The restaurant is in process of finalizing the buildout for its upcoming “Salt Lounge“, an upscale-casual space, located next door to the steakhouse, a block from the beach on the Jersey Shore. The restaurant’s owner has shared these renderings of the restaurant which appear to be a more relaxed version of the Salt Steakhouse.
Salt Lounge will offer a “lounge menu” which is being described as “not full meals” per se, which can be ordered next door, but rather a smattering of sushi options and other small dishes.
The lounge will be open most days for lunch and dinner, as well as Saturday nights. This is ramping up to be a perfect date night for drinks and light eats, especially for those in the Deal and Lakewood areas. Expect pricing slightly lower than the steakhouse, but still upscale.
Salt is located at 15 Morris Ave (Pier Village), Long Branch, NJ and is kosher certified by the JSOR.
Expect an opening for the lounge in the coming months.
