Takara, a Japanese hibachi restaurant is now kosher in the Deal area, next door to the now closed Sage Fine Dining.
Menu includes a variety of teriyaki dishes, soups, salads, tempura, sushi, and more.
They also have a variety of different sakes, such as white, black, coconut, and silver.
Hours of operation are Sunday 12:30pm-10:30pm, Monday-Wednesday 4pm-10pm, Thursday 4pm-11pm, and Saturday 1 hour after Shabbat.
