Finding Kosher for Passover Food at Walt Disney World & Disneyland

There have been some unanswered questions regarding kosher for Passover meals available this year at Disney theme parks, namely Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL and Disney Land in Anaheim, CA. With Disney’s recent switch from Weberman meals over to Sterling, there hasn’t been proper communication on the kosher availability of those meals.

The details of this article have been republished with permission from Kosher in the Kingdom. Research conducted by Gavi Hoffman.

It has been confirmed that there will be kosher meals available at both parks, which should include the following options from Sterling caterers, which is kosher certified by the OK:

  • Appetizers
    • Garden veggie soup
    • Consommé matzo ball soup
  • Mains
    • Egg lasagna
    • Pizza (8 inch)
    • Honey glazed chicken
    • Baked fillet of salmon
    • Cheese omelet/home fries
    • Cheese blitzes/hash browns
    • Chicken tenders and potato croquettes
  • Desserts
    • Matzo crackers
    • Coconut macaroons
    • Carrot cake
    • Chocolate layer cake

Costs for the meals were not available at this time, but will probably be in the $10.99-12.99 price range as per usual.

The meals should be available at the same quick service locations as well as table service pre-order options as usual.

As always, but especially this time of year, we recommend that you call and confirm beforehand that meal you are looking for will be available and once we received the meal to confirm it is kosher for passover (there have been instances with issues in the past)!

Regarding table service restaurants, Walt Disney World is by far the most accommodating in this category.  You can also get kosher brought into any sit down restaurant on the Disney property, including the Disney owned hotels and Disney Springs, as long as you are able to get a reservation and give at least 48 hours’ notice. The same rule of thumb goes for the table service restaurants in Disneyland.
