London’s “1701” has Closed; Seeking New Location

Over the last two years, 1701 has been listed in the Great Britain & Ireland Michelin Guides, but nonetheless it has just announced on its website this past Tuesday (see image) that it has closed up shop inside the Bevis Marks synagogue.

On the bright side, the restaurant appears to be seeking another location to reopen its well regarded restaurant.
