Crown Heights’ artisanal bread and pastry shop, Bakerie, has recently added an afternoon side hustle. At the helm of the hummus bar pop up is Chef Noam Zabari, known in Forest Hills for his healthy and preservative free hummus, thus, aptly naming the hummusia pop up “Zabari”.
Since the bakery is most popular in the mornings, serving hummus in the afternoons effectively creates two eateries under one roof.

The Zabari hummus bar at Bakerie is open from 2:00pm-10:30pm.
