About Margez

Margez opened in May 2022 as a grill-forward concept anchored in Israeli and Mediterranean flavors. The menu leans into flame-grilled meats, with skewers, lamb chops, and ribeye as signature items alongside sharable appetizers and a burger selection that earned its own following. The dining room had a polished but relaxed feel, which made it work for everything from family dinners to group outings.

It is one of the few spots on Avenue M positioning itself squarely as a sit-down steakhouse experience with a Mediterranean identity, distinguishing it from the area’s more traditional kosher offerings.
