New Kosher ‘Boba Burger’ Opens in Miami

If you know BobaTbot on 41st Street in Miami Beach, the team behind that kosher boba destination has expanded with a full restaurant concept. Boba Burger just opened in Bay Harbor Islands, and this time they’re serving burgers, chicken nuggets, açai bowls, taiyaki, ice cream, and of course, the boba the brand has built its reputation on.

It’s a bigger menu than the name suggests, and for a neighborhood that’s heavy on upscale kosher meat restaurants, Boba Burger fills a different niche: a casual, fun, fast-counter spot where you can eat a full meal and finish with a Dubai Chocolate boba or a taiyaki ice cream sandwich.

The Burger Menu

The burger lineup is built around juicy beef patties, crispy on the outside withou the grease. The signature is the Big Boba, their take on a Big Mac-style double-decker on a sesame bun with plant-based cheese, lettuce, tomato, diced onion, pickles, and Big Boba sauce. The Miami Heat brings the heat with pickled jalapenos and spicy mayo on a classic bun. For something fresher, the Avo Burger comes on a pretzel bun with fresh avocado, arugula, tomato, pickles, and pesto. There’s also a Vegan Burger with plant-based patty for those keeping it pareve, and a BBQ Hashbrown Burger that stacks a hashbrown into the mix with BBQ sauce and mayo.

Chicken nuggets come in orders of 6, 10, or 20, described as golden and crispy but never deep-fried. Sides are crispy tater tots, small or large. Combos include a large tater tots and a soda can.

Boba, Desserts, and More

This is where the BobaTbot DNA really shows. The boba menu is extensive. Premium boba (24oz only) includes Dubai Chocolate with chocolate, pistachio, and orange blossom; a Halva Pistachio; Lychee Crème Brûlée; and a Roasted Tiger with brown sugar, espresso, and dalgona. Classic boba covers Tiger Boba, Taro, Thai Tea, and Chai Latte in 16 or 24oz. Slushes, fruity iced teas, and smoothie boba round out the drinks side.

On the dessert menu: taiyaki are Japanese stuffed waffles, crispy outside and gooey inside, filled with chocolate hazelnut, dulce de leche, peanut butter, or custard. They come 2, 4, or 6 pieces, or paired with soft serve as a taiyaki and ice cream combo. Ice cream parfaits include Cookies and Cream, Dubai Chocolate with chocolate, pistachio, and kataifi, and a Caramel Crunch. Açai bowls round out the menu with options like Amazon Power, Choco Berry, South Beach Tropical, and Pistachio Gold. All desserts and ice cream are pareve, so you can go straight from a burger to a boba or an ice cream parfait without any wait.

Bay Harbor Gets a Casual Kosher Option

Boba Burger lands as one of the more versatile kosher spots in the Bay Harbor area, the kind of place that works for a quick lunch, a family dinner with kids, or a dessert run after eating somewhere else on the strip. The BobaTbot connection means the boba side is no afterthought, and the full burger menu makes this a proper meal destination rather than just a dessert stop.

Boba Burger is located at 9580 Bay Harbor Terrace, Bay Harbor Islands, FL. Kosher certification is under Kosher Miami (KM).
