A new kosher pizza option is now operating in Park City for the winter season, offering a simple, preorder-based menu with pickup and delivery service only: Park City Kosher Pizza. The operation is structured as a ghost kitchen, meaning there is no storefront, no dining room, and no seating available.
The owner shared that the current plan is to run the service through the winter and into March. Looking ahead, reopening after Thanksgiving next year was mentioned as a possibility, but it is not confirmed.
Pickup and Delivery Setup
Because this is a residential ghost kitchen, the team prefers delivery when possible, and pickup is positioned as an option for customers who want it. The owner explained that the kitchen is based at a home address, and that pickup can be coordinated for those who want to come by, while delivery remains the primary focus.
Hours and Preorder Approach
Park City Kosher Pizza operates primarily as a preorder model, with service built around incoming demand. For customers, the business is sharing clear service windows intended to cover late lunch through dinner, making it easier to plan orders without needing to track changing availability.
Menu Focus
At launch, the menu is intentionally streamlined: one product only, a 12-inch personal regular pie. This keeps ordering straightforward for individuals and travelers, and it also means families and groups will likely want to order multiple pies to cover a full meal.
