New Kosher Cold Stone Creamery Location Launches Near the 5 Towns

Ice cream lovers in Queens and the Five Towns now have another sweet spot to visit: a brand-new Cold Stone Creamery location is now open in Rosedale (but literally 5 Towns adjacent) under the kosher certification of Rabbi Asher Schechter (Cong. Ohr Moshe – Hillcrest).

Grand Opening

The new store, located at 253-01 Rockaway Turnpike inside the Five Towns Shopping Center, near Stop & Shop has officially opened today on Thursday, June 12th.

This new Cold Stone Creamery expands the list of locations certified kosher by Rabbi Schechter, joining four others already beloved by kosher ice cream fans across NYC:

  • Fresh Meadows: 176-60 Union Turnpike, Queens (at Utopia Pkwy)
  • Glendale: 8028 Cooper Avenue, Queens (The Shops at Atlas Park)
  • Times Square: 350 West 42nd Street, NYC
  • Sheepshead Bay: 3165 Harkness Avenue, Brooklyn

Each of these locations operates with clear kosher supervision, offering Cold Stone’s signature mix-ins and frozen creations to the kosher-keeping public.

Kosher Supervision & Location Details

This Rosedale location, like the others listed, is certified kosher by Rabbi Asher Schechter, Rav of Congregation Ohr Moshe of Hillcrest, Queens.
