Fish Kitchen is a new gourmet seafood restaurant in Tel Aviv. It is a sister restaurant to Meat Kitchen, another popular Tel Aviv eatery.
Fish Kitchen utilizes molecular gastronomy to create their unique menu items, which include fresh grouper on garden pea foam and creme fraiche, smoked tuna on a bed of beets, and more. The dishes are made strictly from seasonal vegetables and local Middle Eastern flavors, which makes Fish Kitchen stand out from your typical fish restaurant.
Fish Kitchen is located at HaTaasiyah 10, Tel Aviv. It is kosher certified by Rabbanut Tel Aviv.
