Holy Schnitzel Opening on the Upper West Side, New York

Holy Schnitzel will be opening their fifth franchise location, this one on the Upper West Side. Though the well-known restaurant is famous for their signature schnitzel sandwiches and flavors like, “holy,” “loco,” and “frenchie,” their menu offers a large selection of burgers, salads, wraps, appetizers, and sides.

The kosher Upper West Side eatery will include all the Holy Schnitzel favorites like the Tony Special, the Holy Guacamole Burger, and their signature sandwich, the Holy Toasty, a toasted baguette with crispy chicken topped with grilled pastrami, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, sautéed onions, honey mustard, and Holy Sauce.

Holy Schnitzel UWS will be taking over Amsterdam Burger Co.’s old location at 654 Amsterdam Avenue. Their other locations are Brooklyn, Cedarhurst, Queens, and Staten Island. Kosher certification information and opening date to come.

Amsterdam Burger Co. will be opening a new larger location on the UWS this year.
