The restaurant has an extensive tapas menus, both hold and cold. The hot tapas include shishito peppers, wild okras, mini wild empanadas, tuna crispy rice, sweet and spicy baby corn, and more. Cold tapas on the menu include salmon, yellow fin tuna, New York beef carpaccio, salmon tartar, and aria ceviche.
The Oriental Wok menu items include Thai-Thai fried rice, Oriental beef fried rice, chicken lettuce wrap, Mongolian beef, Oriental chicken crisp, and more.
“Between the Breads” menu has angus beef sliders, Texaco pepito bites, Aria beef king burger, and BBQ chicken sliders. Grill dishes include rib eye steaks, filet mignon, spare ribs, peppercorn center cut, chicken, and others.
Hours of operation are Sunday-Wednesday 12pm-11:30pm, Thursday 12pm-2am, Fridays 12pm-3:30pm, and Saturdays 8:30pm-2am.
Kosher certification under Panama’s Shevet Ahim community (which is the standard for Panama).
