Kosher Israeli Restaurant Now Open in Brooklyn: Mama Kitchen

Opened last week, Mama Kitchen is a brand new small kosher eatery in Crown Heights, Brooklyn serving traditional Israeli and Middle Eastern dishes. 

Available every day off of its specialty sandwich menu includes sabich, Tunisian tuna baguette, crispy schnitzel sandwich, and homemade shakshuka. Daily platters include: oven baked chicken legs, marinated grilled chicken breast, Moroccan meatballs, Tripoli stuffed potato, and many more dishes. Homemade hummus and pita breads are offered as well.

The kosher eatery has limited barstool seating and is open 11:30-5pm Monday-Friday (closing earlier on Fridays).

Mama Kitchen is kosher certified under CHK.

  • By far the most delicious homemade restaurant I have been too. I ate the sabich sandwich as a salad and my husband ate the schnitzel in a baguette
    It was sooooo good??.
