I’m often a man of many words but in this case, I will let the pictures do most of the talking. For those not familiar, Mobius Culinary Labs is a test kitchen set up in Toronto working with non-profits and businesses to help the build out and strategize their food businesses to be successful. Earlier in August, the Mobius team came to NYC to host a one-night only 10-course meal showcase.
