Upscale Glatt kosher Brooklyn steakhouse, Bison & Bourbon, has just opened a new lakeside restaurant in Bethel, NY in the Catskill Mountains, not far from the Monticello (“country”) region.
The restaurant is located on White Lake, a close drive to a number of frum bungalow colonies including Darchei Yosher, Carpathian Homes, Crown Heights Bungalow Colony, Mintz Bungalow Colony, and others.
The restaurant will be using the same or similar menu to what it offers in Brooklyn.
