Popular burger chain Moses Shop opened its newest chain at Ben Gurion Airport, called Moses Air. It offers a variety of burgers and salads on a tight menu, meant to offer a community feel.
Moses Air will offer fresh, high-quality meat made on-site every day. Sample burgers include the Mei Wei, which is a beef hamburger with strips of smoked asado on top with onion jam, lettuce, pickle and truffle aioli, in addition to the Chango — a beef and lamb hamburger with shredded asado, fried onion, avocado cream, lettuce, tomato, pickle, purple onion and chipotle sauce. The chain also has chicken burgers and vegan hamburgers. All burgers come with an assortment of sauces and aiolis to offer different flavors to fliers.
The shop is open Sunday – Thursday, and closes Friday at 4:30 p.m. After Shabbat, it reopens at 9:30 p.m. It’s located in Terminal 3, Sleeve E. Its kashrut certificate is Mehadrin.
