The Hide Food Club is now open in Hollywood, FL, bringing a kosher kitchen to a poolside lounge and bar. The venue began serving on October 26, 2026, ahead of its official grand opening celebration on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26. Its menu combines Mediterranean dishes with American comfort food, including empanadas, short rib tacos and a double smash burger.
Empanadas, Tacos and the Grill
Starters include house hummus with grilled pita for $18, smoked eggplant with tahini for $20, and a $30 Mediterranean Trio with hummus, smoked eggplant and matbucha. Short rib hummus is $28, while three crispy short rib cigars with tahini and harissa cost $22.
Empanadas come three to an order, with beef and shawarma chicken versions at $22 and herb-roasted chicken at $20. Steak tacos and pulled short rib tacos are $28 for two. The short rib version has house slaw and a BBQ drizzle.
Schnitzel is served in a baguette or wrap for $26, on a plate for $29, or on challah with matbucha, fried eggplant and tahini for $28. The Hide Burger is a $32 double smash burger with caramelized onions. Grill options include chicken skewers for $29, kefta for $30, steak skewers for $38 and merguez for $28, served with rice and charred vegetables.
For groups, the $89 Friends Platter serves two to four with chicken, kefta and steak skewers, rice, dips, salad and pita. Churros with silan caramel and chocolate mousse with pistachio crumble are $16 each. View the full menu on page two.
Poolside Nights and Private Events
The lounge combines dinner with music, outdoor games and a bar. The weekly lineup includes Tuesday karaoke, Wednesday ladies night and Thursday Leil Shishi with cholent, kugel and Moroccan fish. Saturday nights feature guest DJs after Shabbat. The venue also takes bookings for birthdays, engagements and private events.
Location, Hours and Kosher Certification
The Hide is inside Stalbet Club at 2520 Stirling Rd, Hollywood, FL 33020. It is certified by the Orthodox Rabbinical Board (ORB) as glatt meat and Pas Yisroel. Hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5pm until late and Saturday from one hour after sunset until late, with Friday closed for Shabbat. The venue advertises a 21+ policy.
