Nearly a month after being accused of serving non-kosher meat to diners, kosher restaurant Jin Glatt Kosher Chinese Restaurant in Passaic, NJ does not currently have plans to reopen.
The restaurant was absolved of any wrongdoing by the local Vaad a few weeks back, but the restaurant has yet to reopen, and likely will not.
It is unclear what will happen to the space at this time. The local community is hoping that the space is filled with another kosher restaurant to fill the void.
