Holy Toast Brings a New Kosher Option to Wynwood, Miami

Holy Toast is scheduled to open its Wynwood location on Monday, January 12, adding a new kosher dining option to one of Miami’s most active food and nightlife neighborhoods. The opening places Holy Toast in an area known for extended hours, nightlife traffic, and consistent foot traffic throughout the week, expanding kosher dining beyond traditional neighborhood clusters.

The Wynwood location launches with a late-night friendly format focused on toasted, pressed sandwiches served on baguette-style bread. The concept is designed for lunch, dinner, and after-hours dining, aligning with Wynwood’s gallery scene and nightlife-driven crowds.

Holy Toast Menu Overview

Holy Toast’s menu centers on oversized toasted sandwiches built with layered meats, sauces, and add-ons that are pressed and served hot. The focus is on hearty builds rather than small plates, offering a streamlined selection of signature sandwiches alongside customizable options.

Signature menu items include several named toasted sandwiches featuring combinations of sliced meats, house sauces, and toppings. Options include sandwiches built with turkey, beef shoulder, roast beef, salami, and smoked turkey, paired with sauces such as honey mustard, garlic aioli, chipotle aioli, truffle aioli, and specialty house sauces. Some sandwiches incorporate pickles, onions, jalapeños, or cheese-style toppings as part of the standard build.

The menu also includes a build-your-own sandwich option, allowing diners to select two meats, two sauces, and optional add-ons. This format offers flexibility while keeping the menu focused and efficient for late-night service.

Sides and Drinks

In addition to sandwiches, Holy Toast offers a small selection of sides and add-ons, including pickles and snack-style meat options. Beverage offerings include canned sodas, sparkling water, and bottled juice-style drinks, providing simple pairings designed to complement the sandwich-focused menu.

Dining Format and Hours

Holy Toast is positioned to serve a broad range of diners, from daytime visitors exploring Wynwood to late-night crowds looking for substantial food options. The restaurant is structured around extended service hours, including late-night operations most days of the week and early morning closing times on weekends. Friday daytime service is also part of the operating schedule.
