Kosher Bagels, Pizzeria Opening in 5Towns next to BINGO

BINGO is the new kosher wholesaler that recently opened in the 5 Towns (Inwood). With its low prices it’s created a population shopping destination for kosher consumers.

Taking advantage of this, two new kosher eateries are set to open very soon, a kosher bagel shop and pizzeria, both in the same shopping center as BINGO, Burnside Commons. This is both a boon to the 5Towns as well as Far Rockaway kosher communities, given the location of these eateries.

The bagel shop will be a branch of Bagel Town, the second branch after its West Hempstead location has been a mainstay of the community there for decades. Bagel Town specializes in sesame-free bagels that help families with sesame allergies enjoy their bagels and pastries. >>> Click here for Bagel Town’s menu

Bagel Town recently went through changes that added a cafe to its bagel shop, offering distinct lunch items in addition to its bagel sandwiches and baked goods like challah and cookies.

The other eatery is a new pizzeria, Burnside Pizza, named after the street name it’s located on. This is a new pizza brand aiming to serve the kosher community, making it at least the 10th kosher pizzeria in the 5 Towns currently active, including North Woodmere.

Burnside Pizza will be opening in the coming days/weeks as soon as the build-out is completed while Bagel Town will likely open after Pesach 2024.

Both eateries can be found at the Burnside Commons shopping complex at 603 Burnside Ave, Inwood, NY.

Both Bagel Town and Burnside Pizza will be under the kosher supervision of the Vaad of the Five Towns, Cholov Yisroel.
