[Alert] Misleading Pesach Ads in Miami

Kosher Miami has issued an alert concerning a misleading advertisement from a Passover caterer from New York, identified by the initials KM, which has been misconstrued to imply affiliation with Kosher Miami.

A representative from the catering company, upon inquiry, clarified that KM stands for Kosher Moshe, which is the name of their business, not an indication of certification by Kosher Miami. Despite advertising services in Miami Beach, Kosher Moshe does not employ the Kosher Miami name or logo in its promotional materials.

It is important for consumers to note that Kosher Moshe does not hold certification from Kosher Miami, and to the best of Kosher Miami’s knowledge, the caterer is not accredited by any certification agency.

For accurate information regarding establishments certified by Kosher Miami, the public is encouraged to visit the official website at www.koshermiami.org. Additionally, a list of Passover certified establishments in Miami can be found on the Kosher Miami website’s FAQ page. This list is currently available and will be updated regularly as more establishments receive certification. Patrons are advised to check the website weekly for the most up-to-date information.
